As already mentioned, yes for rifles/shotguns as long as said item is legal in both states. Handguns need to be shipped to your local FFL.

Tyrone, you can certainly make an out of state purchase of a hand gun, however it must be sent to a FFL in your home state for transfer. Long guns do not need to be sent to your home state. Have a great day!

Long guns can be purchased and received out of state but the sale must be legal in BOTH states. Handguns may be purchased but then must be shipped to a FFL in your home state for them to do the transfer paperwork

For a long guns yes, you can purchase rifles and shotguns across state line. For handguns no. Hope this helps.
