Copied from Google- This is the 3.7" BBL mid size edition. It is the JAXQ923 designation meaning that it is the LEO packaging edition and it comes from the factory with 3 magazines. So yeah only difference is this is the law enforcement version.

Only difference I'm seeing is this one's an le/law enforcement model and comes with 3-15 round magazine's. While JAXQ921 only comes with two. Other than that they are identical. Hope this helps.
