Isaac, 10 round mag is only difference. Rimfire caliber rifles are not considered “assault weapons” and can have features that centerfire rifles cannot. Have a great day!
The California compliant model doesn't have a threaded barrel, and the stock is fixed-not collapsible. Other than that and the magazine capacity they're the same. Hope this helps.
