Is this MA compliant? I assume the mag must be fixed for that right?

David, not MA compliant, too many 'evil' features. You are correct in that IF the magazine was fixed it would be compliant. Have a great day!

You could fix the magazine to make this state compliant but unfortunately buds won't alter any firearm to make it state compliant, and won't ship a firearm that isn't already state compliant. All buds would do is remove the magazine and that wouldn't help in this situation. Sorry but hope this helps.
