You just add the firearm to your cart and proceed to checkout. During checkout you will be asked Wich FFL dealer you want the firearm to be shipped to, your address and payment information. Buds will then ship the firearm to the FFL dealer you chose. When your FFL dealer receives the firearm they will call you to let you know it's ready to be picked up. Then you just go to the FFL dealer/gunshop and do the background check/transfer. If you pass the background check you get to walk out with your new toy. The FFL dealer will charge a transfer fee normally costing around $20-$35. It's just like walking into a store and buying a firearm only difference is you buy it online and then it's shipped to a store near you. Hope this helps.

Donald, you just put the gun in your cart, and choose a FFL near you to have it shipped to during checkout. Easy peasy. Your FFL will submit background check, and of course you will need any applicable permits for where you live. FFL locator here >>> budsgunshop.com/ffl.php .....Have a great day!

Donald, just find the handgun you want, add it to your Cart and select checkout. Select a local FFL Dealer based on your Zip Code and distance, pay for the purchase and Buds will process your order. When processed, Buds will send your handgun to your selected FFL who will contact you once received to come in and do the paperwork. When done, you leave with your new handgun. Cheers and safe Holidays!

Purchasing a gun online is really, very easy. We have sold thousands online since creating BudsGunShop.com back in 2003.
There are only three simple steps
Find the gun you want You pay us directly for the firearm. (Click HERE for payment options)
Choose your FFL dealer (Federal Firearms License): We cannot ship a gun direct to you, we do ship to the local FFL dealer of your choice. Any legitimate gun store or gun dealer has an FFL license; pawn shops and collectors may also have them.
Pick up your gun: Inspect your gun before accepting the transfer. Upon inspection of your gun if you find any defects leave the gun at the dealer and alert us right away. We will have it picked up for free and offer you an exchange or refund at no cost.
Here is how to arrange a shipment and transfer:
Find a licensed FFL dealer in your area. (Click HERE for FFL dealers already on file)
Contact the dealer and let them know you would like to receive a firearm for transfer from Budsgunshop.com.
Be sure to ask about their FFL transfer fee, commonly around $25 but varies by state.
If you agree to their fee, arrange the transfer with your FFL dealer. (We do not arrange the transfer)
Provide your dealer with our mailing address or toll free fax number where they can send a copy of their FFL.(if not already on file)
Once you have selected an FFL for your transfer, please indicate the dealers name (name on the FFL) on your order so we know where to ship your firearm. -

Buy the gun you want just like any other online purchase. The only difference is it needs to be sent to an FFL. Buds has an FFL finder you can use during checkout to find the one you want. I suggest calling or visiting the FFL before ordering to confirm their fee and that they are open and operating. Fees are usually anywhere from $20-$100 depending on where you have it sent. The FFL will have all of the paperwork for you to fill out when you get there. Stay safe and happy plinking!!
