Legal in Massachusetts?
Unfortunately no due to the pistol grip and 15 round capacity. Sorry but hope this helps.
Christopher, unfortunately no Sir. Restriction details under Shotguns, Permitted here : budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/massachusetts_restrictions.pdf

Christopher, no it is not MA compliant. It has pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the firearm and fixed magazine capacity in excess of five (5) rounds. Some wishful thinkers will say "each tube is only 5 rounds" ignoring the fact that the entire gun is 15 + 1 so an AWB violation and that the (3) 5 rd tubes are one piece of plastic so a 15 round feeding device. Happy New Year!
