I saw on another site that the XDSG93345BOSP’s rear site specifically couldn’t be replaced with a Trijicon night site, for example. Is that true? It appeared that XDSG93345B’s could be, but I believe it’s been discontinued.

This model has a dovetail slot for the rear sight which makes the stock one removable, thus you would be able to replace with another site of your choice.
