Arthur, yes it's legal. Tubular .22 magazines are exempted. As are tube magazines in lever action firearms. (1) “Large capacity magazine” means any firearm magazine, belt, drum, feed strip or similar device that has the capacity of, or can be readily restored or converted to accept, more than ten rounds of ammunition, but does not include: (A) A feeding device that has been permanently altered so that it cannot accommodate more than ten rounds of ammunition, (B) a .22 caliber tube ammunition feeding device, (C) a tubular magazine that is contained in a lever-action firearm, or (D) a magazine that is permanently inoperable. Have a great day!
Arthur, yes Sir. There are Zero restrictions on this Lever Action Rifle in CT. Cheers and enjoy.
YES! This is LEGAL in Connecticut. There is no restriction on manually operated rifle. Connecticut laws HERE ( budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/connecticut_restrictions.pdf ) I hope this helps!

Arthur, this is perfectly in Connecticut. Since this is a lever action with a tubular magazine it is allowed to have more than 10 rounds. Hope this helps and enjoy.
