Abulajiang, this is not new York compliant due to the threaded barrel and detachable magazine. Sorry but hope this helps.

Being a fellow NY'R I'll tell you no, It is not. Now, in my area some shops have made a rifle like this NY company by welding a thread cap on.

Abulajiang , no this is not NY complaint, a semi-auto cannot have both a detachable magazine and a threaded barrel.
