Robert, this is not CT compliant. The telescoping stock, pistol grip, flash suppressor, and threaded barrel are all prohibited on semi auto rifle that is capable of receiving a detachable magazine. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/connecticut_restrictions.pdf
