Hi Craig, This CZ has a dovetail rail, so you would need scope mounts made for dovetail. For more flexiblilty, I went with this dovetail to picatinny adapter >>> amazon.com/gp/product/B01ABW7GS0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Hi Craig and welcome. This model has No Sights and an Integrated 11mm Dovetail Rail. You could use a 11mm dovetail to Picatinny adapter : walmart.com/c/kp/dovetail-picatinny - Cheers and stay safe!

Craig, this uses a dovetail rail. So any dovetail scope rings will work. Hope this helps.
