Jesus, same with this shotgun. It is perfectly legal in Washington and it's not a nfa item. So doesn't require a tax stamp. Hope this helps.

Jesus, yes it is legal. No, it is not a NFA item. It's not a shotgun under either state or federal definition, and it is not a weapon made from a shotgun, therefore it is also not a short barreled shotgun, it is just a 'firearm'.
