I would like to point out that this shotgun is in fact legal in California as it is a pump action. To be considered an assault weapon here it would need to be semi-automatic with detachable magazines OR have a folding/telescoping stock AND a pistol grip. One of the answered questions on here states that it is not legal in CA and I just wanted to clear it up.
