Hi Angel, unfortunately no. The collapsible stock, threaded barrel, and flash hider are deal breakers. There are no M&P 10 rifles that are NJ compliant. S&W does make a M&P 15 Sport II that is NJ compliant, fixed stock & non-threaded barrel.
