Hi Ed, unfortunately Dictator Murphy says no, due to the threaded barrel. It does not have a flash hider, it has a compenstor, which is allowed. I would suggest to buy it locally where the compensator would be pinned/welded, then it would be NJ compliant. Bud's will not ship unless it is compliant as is. Does this use stained AK-47 or AKM magazines? I just bought a interordance akm24 and am not impressed, only takes specific poly mags. I ordered standard AKM mags and won’t fit, going to buy another AK and why not buds. Thanks and god bless!

Bud's will not ship any firearm out that is not compliant to your state right outta the box. So if this needs a fixed mag, Bud's won't ship it to your FFL in its non fixed mag form.

no buds will not modify or ship for modification it must comply (exception for mag removal) with the states laws before buds will ship it
