Without a Butttstock, how do you aim the Shockwave? The laser aids accurate shots with the firearm held in unconventional positions. Have found the Shockwave to be completely reliable and controllable with Mini Shells and an OPSol loading insert.

So far all I can say is that Buds was quick at taking care of my order and getting it shipped to my FFL really fast. The Mossberg Shockwave looks awesome and brand new. I’m looking forward to going somewhere that I can shoot it since I don’t have any country acreage yet of my own. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to purchase a 20 gauge shockwave soon.

From Bud's, easy purchasing and shipping process. I loved this purchase and more so when I took it out to the range. I fired both Aguila mini-shells and standard shells and was more than impressed with it. It easily became the weapon to fire at my last range day with my buddies.

Functional shotgun, but too cheaply made in some areas. First of all, the only other guns i've purchases are Springfield rifles and Glocks... and both blow my first experience with Mossberg out of the water. The thing came in a flemsy cardboard box wrapped in plastic wrap. The gun was dirty (i even though it was used it was so greasy). also... the black paint on this gun is the biggest offender. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP paint. the paint scraped off with barely any handling... leaving the gun susceptible to rust. I have so many scratches on it with minimal handling. I've only put about 20-30 shells through it at the target range so far. The black on all my other firearms has never scratched. Mossberg cuts far too many corners in their production... i likely won't buy another mossberg product. I highly believe in quality over quantity. i'll likely get a benelli next time instead.

Fantastic shotgun for home defense. After initial lube I ran a box of rifle slugs and 8’s. No cycling issues with different rounds chambered. Even when I mixed 2.75 and 3” rounds of different shot.
Typical setup for me is first round out is 8 shot after that it’s all slugs which makes the laser useful since it’s really a hip fire. I did adjust the laser a tad with a bore sight as expected.

excellent for home defense everyone should have at least one. laser is a good option, easy to shoot from hip. Also Buds Gun Shop provides fast Reliable service, as always.
