  Hi Ed, not sure if the others are guessing or where they got they're info. This is the Gen 3 model. On the Gen 3, the handguard was changed from Keymod to M-Lok, and the Gen 3 has a reversible safety. Gen 2 was Keymod and no ambi safety.
