Love this model from SA. I like that it has a manual safety and a de-cocker. It feels good in the hand and cycles flawlessly. It is my backup sidearm due to the single stack magazine. very slim profile doesn't feel bulky on the hip. easy to manipulate in the hand. Just and all around good firearm. no regrets on this purchase what so ever.

Very excellent 9mm, I was pleased with the comfort and suitability of the firearm as a conceal.
The SA/DA option is great at the range and the firearm Fed 150 rounds with no issues using both 115 & 124 grain.

The 3.8 variant of the XD-E is an excellent pistol. It functions perfectly, digesting any type of ammo fed to it. The barrel and slide are .5 inches longer that those of the baseline XD-E 3.3, providing a slightly longer sight radius and thus a smidgen greater practical accuracy. The 3.8 is weighted just a bit more to the front, giving the pistol a barely perceptible lower amount of recoil flip than the base model. The trigger is excellent, although users of striker-fired pistols should be warned that this pistol, like any good DA/SA pistol, has a long and heavy DA trigger press (on purpose) to go along with its excellent light SA trigger press. A final note: This is not a small pistol, although it is very thin. And the XD-E is a functional gun, not a pretty work of art. But the 3.8 variant somehow just looks better than the 3.3, probably because it is more proportioned in shape. Overall, a great pistol for its purpose.

What I expected from Springfield and Buds. Sold my Sig P320 to get this. Really like the double action, fit and finish on the XDE. After I get it broke in it will be my carry.

Super product, put 300 rounds of 115gr, 124 NATO, and 147gr, no jams. also shot reload target. shot constant 2 to 3 inch groups at 15 yards.
