Hi, No, this does not come with a rail. Any standard Remington 700 rail will work on the B-14 line. The premier line requires a 700 rail with 8-40 screws. Bergara sells its own rail too (https://bergara.bpishopping.com/shop/accessories/bergara-rail.html). I hope this helps.
