PROS: Finish and feel surprisingly nice for a $350 gun. Also fairly light for a full size and pretty accurate WHEN it fires. Emphasis on WHEN it fires. CONS: In two different trips to the range I ran 4 different brands of ammo through it (about 175 rounds in total), using both magazines and I had nothing but problems. I could not get through a mag without either a FTF or a stovepipe. It is was extremely frustrating and disappointing when you purchase a new gun and cannot reliably fire it. Obviously I was not expecting a high end firearm at this price point, but reliable shooting is to be expected out of any gun. Only reason I gave it a 2 instead of a 1, is because of the couple positives I listed and the entire purchasing process was easy.

Went to the range today and tried out my new Tisas and it was flawless, 100rds with no problems very accurate and the trigger is fantastic. short reset and smooth. I have a Tisas 1911 and it shots very well also, Tisas makes a good firearm. Very pleased with my purchase.

I agree with Jason's review, would add the DA is long but manageable. It seems to be well made and shoots great went thru 100 rounds without any problems. Its looks like its a heavy gun but very light weight for a 5in barrel handgun. I agree it would be classy with would grips. I would not hesitate buying another one for the price.

dealing with buds went smooth....I am disapointed on how they endorced this gun. The detail, fit and finish was awesome. When i first opened the box to inspect i was impressed and very confident this would end up being a favored amoung my pistols....this was not the case at all!!! The first promblem i noticed was the mag release and magizines them self were problematic to release. during the firing of the gun they regularly failed to catch the slide on the last round yet worked sometimes. The front sight is mechined from the same billet as the slide making it one piece thus making it one color!!! the blade is also too thin and the tiny painted dot is red while the rear site is white. I had to really concentrate to maintain my sight alignment. The gun is dead on accurate though!!!! Trigger pull is nice and single action is comparable to a worked trigger. Minimal recoil and it pointed well. My biggest issue was when my tiny wife shot the gun. Yes she is a small woman with tiny hands and im sure she was limp wristing the gun which caused about a half dozen stove pipes during a 300 round session. I dont care how unexprienced a shooter is, this should not happen ever!! Any gun intened for practical duty or defense should cycle everytime everytime everytime!!! The bad guys dont care if your tiny wife is not holding it correctly, the bad guys dont care if an officer has been injured and barley gripping his weapon......a jam due to limp wristing is just not acceptable for a semi auto 9mm period!!! I dont recomend buying this gun new. I think a used glock or smith would be a smarter decision. IN DEFENCE for my negitive reveiw I will admit that Buds damn near gave it away @ 350.00 and ill also admit when i fired the gun it done a nice job....yes i can shoot, However...the gun should function regardless of who is holding it....My zigana cant be trusted based on what i witnessed....sorry guys

Solid semi-auto 9mm. Finish and action on gun are great. Action is easier to work than my Springfield Range Officer 45. Magazine springs are tight and difficult to fully load. Should get better with use. Gun groups well with Remington UMC ammo at 25 yards but shoots consistently low. Overall a great 9MM for price - just need to find the ammo it really likes.

The delivered product is actually a two-tone, with hard-chromed slide and black anodized aluminum frame. The grips have also been changed to a pebbled texture like the grips on the Zigana Sport. I like two-tones though, and my Zigana M16 shoots ragged one-hole 10-shot groups at 7 yards. You really can't argue with that. There's a lot of value here. The mechanism is based on the Walther P88 Compact, a pistol that was too expensive for the US market. You're getting an excellent German action at a bargain price. You also get two Mec-Gar magazines, the same manufacturer that provides OEM magazines for Beretta, CZ, SIG, and Walther. They're not cutting corners. TISAS is ISO-9001 certified, and brags about its multiple levels of quality control, including a final test firing of each and every pistol. Given how well it shoots, I have no reason to disbelieve them. I only wish it came with Turkish walnut grips too. That would make it look just as good as it shoots.
