I purchased my first M&P 9mm 2.0 LE 3.6 with NTS from Buds and I like the firearm so much, I’ve purchased a second. I have over 1,500 rounds of various types of ammo, I.e., ball and hollow points through my first firearm without a malfunction of any type. The 18 degree grip angle makes it a natural pointing pistol. At any distance, the firearm is super accurate. The pistols recoil is moderate and the slide recoils flat because of its low profile design. After putting this firearm through its pace on a Police Combat Course, I.e., POST certification course consisting of 4 sets of 240 rounds, I’d recommend it to any law enforcement or military professional, without hesitation. S&W hit a home run with this pistol!!

Wow! Smith & Wesson did a tremendous job upgrading their 2.0 M&P 9 series platform. Grip texture is aggressive, but not so that you cannot conceal carry. The improved trigger is clean, breaks nicely, and a much shorter reset. great night sights, and with (3) 15 round magazines with the LE model, you are ready for shooting at the range, EDC, or home defense. Nice picatinny rail on the subcompact model with 3.6” barrel.

I waited to post a review until I had some quality range (back yard) time with this firearm. The gun arrived well packaged and in great condition. I really like the overall look of this gun. The fit and finish is very nice. I love the overall feel. It’s very comfortable in my large hands as well as my teenage daughter’s much smaller hands. The weapon is well balanced and feels like an extension of my hand. The tritium night sites are great and required no adjustment out of the box.They are easily acquired, day or night. I own several hand guns and my daughter has always had her favorite of the bunch (PPQ M2 9). She walked out the back door and asked to shoot the new M&P. She fired three rounds from seven yards, with all three touching or in the center red. She handed it back to me and said “I like it, that’s my new favorite”. I don’t say that only to brag on my daughter, but also to show how comfortable, balanced, versatile and easy to shoot this gun is. I found this very impressive for a fifteen round, double stack 9 with a 3.6” barrel in the hands of a 5’3”,115 lb teenager. Even though she is a competent shooter, she’s certainly not an expert marksman. As for me, I shot it very well and was extremely pleased with its performance. I bought a quality IWB “ kydex type” holster. I’m 6’1” 185 lbs and it carries and conceals very well. For the price, this gun with night sights and three mags is a great deal. A no brainer IMO. The transaction with Buds and delivery to my FFL was exceptional as always. It shoots bigger than it is. It’s great for the range and for EDC IMO. I hope this is helpful to anyone out there that may have concerns about the size of this gun for target shooting or for EDC.

I bought this through the QP program at Bud's. For $434.00 at the time, I couldn't pass up this gun with night sights. To date, I've put about 350 flawless rounds through it. Shoots a little low and to the right for me, so I'm going to have to drift the rear sight a bit, but that's not a deal breaker for me. Wouldn't hesitate to buy it again, and may just to have a second one in the collection. As always, Bud's gets an A+ all the way around.
