• Q: Can a bayonet be mounted on to this rifle? If so, do I need to purchase anything separately?

  Hi,
  Yes, bayonet can be mounted to this rifle. There is a mix of bayonet lugs (really depends on gun you get....for some reason its not consistent), older style side mounting bayonet lugs, and then standardized M91 bayonet style. It does not come with bayonet and you have to purchase it separately. Look for M91 TS bayonet online (if your gun comes with M91 bayonet lug). I hope this helps.

• Q: Does Buds sell a sling that is compatible with this rifle or of the same time period? Also, is there a limit on the amount of ammo that we can purchase at one time?

• Q: Received rifle with the bolt partially inserted, and realized why when I tried to put it all the way in. It won't go in. I pulled up a video of disassembly/reassembly and took the bolt apart. I THINK it's right but not sure. Lubed it. It still sticks and look as though the bolt is being forced upward when trying to insert. Help!

  The bolt is decocked. To cock bolt, remove bolt assembly from the rifle (pull trigger). Hold bolt assembly in the left hand, pull back the bolt with the right hand, and rotate clockwise. Bolt assembly can now be installed.

  Jeremy, this is a luck of the draw Sir. I know one member who recently purchased one and was not satisfied as it was less than fair condition. I would see if there is a way Buds could hand pick one for you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
