No reason for it only to use about one type of ammo. 32 is hard enough to find and expensive. Big waste of time and money on this one. Disassembly is horrible. Just get the original ruger lcp or a kel tec. Less than half the price and way better. Sorry I wanted to love this gun for I am almost always deep concealed. A fine piece of art but not logical.

Great little mouse gun. 100% reliable as long as you use ammo from the recommended list. Mine loves PMC bronze 60g. I polished the feed ramp as soon as I got it so I can’t say if that improved the reliability or not.

Workmanship and quality of product is exceptional. Bought it to be a carry pocket gun but my hands are extremely large and it’s not a good fit for me however I will be keeping it in my collection due to the craftsmanship. Another great buying experience with Buds.

As always, dealing with Buds was great. HIGHLY suggest you research this pistol before purchasing. It's a little quirky. That said, this pistol is known to be ammo picky. If you use Seecamp recommended ammo (illustrated on their website) it will shoot flawless. Available as of this review, PMC 60 grain H.P are on the "recommended" list and available here at Buds. I've tried three different brands of recommended ammo. Nearly 100 rounds so far. All cycled perfectly. It's not a range gun or pinker. It's an up-close point and shoot, "get off me" pistol. It fills that role perfectly. Would buy again in a second. Almost 5 stars.

Biggest piece of garbage I’ve ever had the displeasure of owning it is by far the most in accurate pistol I have ever owned. There is no rifling in the barrel. It’s extremely hard to clean and will not reliably shoot anything but one kind of ammo.

Bought the Seacamp to be a pocket backup to my regular carry. It fits that role nicely. It's surprisingly smaller than I even thought it would be. If there is a downside is that it has a surprising amount of recoil for a .32 and can actually sting your palm when shooting. I wouldn't consider it a "fun gun for the range", but that isn't its purpose. As something I can slip into my pocket easily regardless of what I am wearing I am very happy with it and would recommend it for anyone--especially if you are small framed person where your average 9mm or .380 is simply too bulky or obvious.

Cute little gun but, No extra mags available this side of Mars. Too ammo picky. Why can't normal FMJ ammo be used? Not even for range sessions? Bullets are at 0.50-0.60 longer than HP ammo. Wish I had not bought this gun.
