KelTec PMR-30 Midnight Bronze 22 Magnum / 22 WMR Pistol - FDE/Tan, 4.3" Barrel, 30 Rounds, Night Sights

So far so good. Just picked it up and I ran 100 rds threw it. I shot 40 grain it was a real fun gun to shoot. Real loud, big fire ball and shot straight. I think it’s worth it.

This was always an item on my bucket list since it first was introduced even though it took me a few years to actually purchase one for my personal use. I really like shooting this 22 WMR KelTec. Advantages are lightweight mass, huge magazine capacity and aesthetics that are purely KelTec. The downside is my first magazine load experienced a keyholing event that destroyed the barrel and upper slider. KelTec was quick to replace it and get it back to me fully on their dime w/o any costs to me. The repaired pistol performs very well nearing 600 rounds now. I'm still a little unsettled from the keyholing event from early on since this is the only time a pistol has been this damaged by such an event with me using it at the range. Fortunately, I had double hearing protection and polycarbonate safety glasses at the time of the disassembly. All this stated, this is a really enjoyable pistol to take to the range for me and the more I use now, the more confident I am that this was an anomalous event.
