Doesn't work as advertised. You're supposed to be able to shoot the bottom four targets, and they swing up and stay there until you shoot the top one to release them back down. When you get one to stay up, it will usually get knocked back down by the next shot. It doesn't work as designed, but is cheap, and it's still fun to shoot the spinners. We tried it from 30 yards to 160 yards with Norma TAC-22, which is subsonic, and it still had plenty of power to flip the targets up. So... It didn't work as designed, but was still fun to shoot at.
