Does this actually come with the Rip Stock as stated in the description? I have seen this listed at several places but can’t confirm.

According to the upc no the rip stock is not included. Plus this is a pistol so adding a stock would make it a short barreled rifle and require a tax stamp, so highly doubt it would have a stock. So almost positive it doesn't come with one. Hope this helps.
