Hi Alexander. Manufacturers earmark a certain number of firearm packages to be sold to QP/First Responders only and is a "Manufacturer Program". Buds or other vendors must abide by these package rules. Only when a non QP marked package comes into stock will you be able to purchase if you are not a QP. I'm with you in that if a firearm is legal to own I should be able to purchase it regardless of package.

Chambered in the 5.7x28mm cartridge, the FN PS90 utilizes blowback operation and fires from a closed bolt for greater accuracy and reliability. The PS90 is fun to shoot. Accurate, no feeding problems. New magazines though can be a bit tough to load until
you get the hang of it, and start to break in the springs.

Nice little weapon. The original brand ammo (FN) was giving problems and the bolt get stiffs after a couple of shots. Need to keep the bolt rod lubricated and don't let it dry. American eagle ammo shot much better than FN brand.

I've fired around 300 rounds through this so far and I love it. Shipped with a 50 round magazine despite what buds says, but hey i'm not complaining. This gun will defiantly get you looks at the shooting range. Pros: Moderately Priced ammo around 40 cents a round Probably the easiest to field strip firearm every made Accurate when it's zeroed Near zero recoil It's extremely lightweight almost to the point where I was convinced it was an airsoft gun when I first held it Cons: The sight rail is around 4 inchs off the barrel, makes it difficult to zero Charging handle is a little small, you can find replacements on bullpup armory that make it easier to handle The NFA and Hughes amendment exist, so this is a neutered version of an even better gun
