Great 7 round Smith & Wesson Revolver. Tried a paddle holster weight loaded felt I could not conceal to my satisfaction. Bought a 1791 belt holster with retention snap. All the difference 100%. Highly recommend

This is the first S&W revolver I have purchased since the late 80’s. I’m very impressed with its quality finish and tight fitments. Clean lock-up. Perfect size for range and defense. Nostalgia of a revolver with modern 686 Plus Deluxe styling. Never thought I’d buy a .357, but I’d recommend this one in a flash. Best regards to Bud’s.

As always Buds service was great. Even though I paid with an electronic check it still only took one week. As for the pistol, the fit and finish are great. Everything locks up tight. The only complaint I have is the grips are much darker than in the picture but they were going to be replaced eventually anyways.

Beautiful Firearm as expected from Smith and Wesson, Great finish, beautiful Wooden Grips that come together seamlessly. Gun was a tack driver from 15 yards right out of box. Shoots .357 and .38 equally well. Now to BUDS what can I say they were perfect as always, Great price, fast shipping and great communication. I have ordered a lot of stuff from BUDS now over the years, and they are always great.

Frist I have no problem buds store or it's staff always. But with what S&W shows as the item for sale , far from what I received . I have been a good customer for over 32 years , only buying S&W firearms . But this 686 7shot falls short of the quality & finish ,for S&W . The item that I received look nothing like there sales photo used to promote there firearm. I wish my 686 looked half as good as there sales photo . I'm very disappointed with S&W's M686 plus deluxe (150713LE ) . SO I hope some from S&W will see this and make it right . I just put in the safe and wait and see if anybody will make this right .

Great firearm! I purchased to use as a home defense gun that can be loaded with 357MAG of 38SP. Shoots great and has the heft so doesn't seem to kick at all with 38sp even when my wife is shooting it. For as bulky as the gun is, I can still IWB conceal carry with very few issues, and I carry on my right hip. I would suggest this wheelgun and others like it for any home defense gun.
