The sccy cpx3 is a good starter pistol for beginners! It came in less than 3 days also I took it too the range and it fired perfectly. Thanks too buds.

This is my 3rd CPX3 The last two I gave to my buddies to give to their wife's for them to practice at the range. As before the first thing I did was to take my dremel and grind off the finger grooves. They put them too close together for me and I have normal size fingers.. Took 10 minuets. Next I took it to the range and tested the magazines about 25% don't work properly for me.. The company is good about replacing them. I wish they would just have Mec-Gar make them and charge 30 bucks more. Next I ordered a M.Carbo trigger spring kit for $25 took the trigger pull from 10 to 5 pounds. still not a great trigger but much better. Next I ordered a Swampfox Sentinel red dot on sale from P.O. for $110 finally I ordered a ArmaLaser TR10G for $149 and installed. I am still going to carry my Sig 365/380.. But for about $500 I have a pertty nice gun. Low recoil , easy to rack easy to clean ammo friendly I find it very accurate. I have to give a shout out to Bud's. As always fast shipping and great prices.

When received it was a pleasant surprise that little cannon had the same trigger as DVG-1. Ammunition for this tool is still expensive so I only put about 150 rounds and had no issue. Also wanted to change the look of the slide got the vented one and looks like a small DVG-1. It is a cool little cannon easy to rack, shoot and carry.

Great little gun. Shoots great, low recoil for a 380. Fits in my front pocket perfectly. Is my new daily carry. No it's not a kimber or a glock, it's a cheep, self defence carry gun. That I don't care if it gets scratched or dented. It's a great low cost defense gun. Would I recommend it? Yes......

Pistol looks nice, light, not much kick at all. Not accurate at all for me out of the box. Looks to be about 4" off to the right at 10' away. Pretty extreme. Also, the trigger travels nearly all the way to the back of the trigger loop before firing. You can pull it 3/4 of the way before you're even serious about your target. Not very hard to pull, luckily. I'm gonna adjust these issues, hopefully it will be a good little gun for my wife to carry. Out of the box though, couldn't hit the titanic standing on top of it.
