Phoenix Technology Tactical Shotgun Glass Filled Nylon

I had ordered a Mossberg Flex System foregrip for my 500 Persuader shotgun. I did not realize that the Flex System products only work with the Flex System shotgun. This was my mistake. When I read the description on the package, I realized my mistake. I called to see how to handle the return & order the correct item. Since I did not want to wait for you to get the returned product before processing the replacement part, I paid for the new one (which your rep assured me was what I needed), and and asked your representative to see that I would have the money credited to my charge card when you received the return. I returned the tem via UPS the next day, and you received it two days later. After 10 days, I received the new product WHICH WAS NOT THE CORRECT PART. The Mossberg 500 Persuader requires a 7 3/4" foregrip, but the representative told me I needed another item number, which turned out to be a 6 3/4" grip. I did receive the credit, but after all of that, I just set the useless item aside & decided to do business elsewhere.
