A beautiful, satin-finish select black walnut stock and a silver receiver with wraparound scroll engraving are standard on these models. Silver Reserve II Super Sport models feature shell ejectors and a raised buttstock comb. This model has 30" ported barrels topped with a high profile, vent rib and dual bead fiber optic sight. Have not had a chance to shoot this gun as much as I would like but I have no complaints. It shoots real smooth and has very little recoil. I get compliments everywhere I go with it.

First off Bud's was great! The gun not so much. Fit, finish and operation very poor. First the stock has a huge smudge in the stain from a finger trying to wipe out an issue. Second, if you look at this gun wrong it will scratch. One trip to the sporting clays and there are scratches in the barrel and stock from soft wood racks. Not to mention I needed to borrow a cleaning rod to eject the shells after every shot. I didn't dare put the gun in the cart caddy or carry it in the field! Best of all, the ejector on the top barrel does not work at all. So I have a scratched up gun that is being shipped back to Mossberg for repair right out of the box. I own dozens of guns from $125 to $1000 rifles and pistols. Hands down the most disappointing purchase I have ever made. Gone when it returns from warranty.....

We are very pleased with this gun. I purchased it for my son for him to compete on his high school shooting team. The gun has performed flawlessly. We have upgraded the chokes to Carlson's which are laser etched with the proper name.
