TRI-STAR SPORTING ARMS T-120 Pistol 9mm 4.7" 17+1 Black Poly Grip Chr - Blue/Black, 4.7" Barrel, 17+1 Rounds, Polymer Grips

I purchased my T-120 here at Buds about a year ago. I put 1000 rounds through this pistol at the range, absolutely no ftf. My first impression of the T-120 was that it is not of typical design. Slick, attractive, and good internet reviews. After owning this firearm for a while I tend to like it more and more everyday. I have only a couple of issues with it. I would prefer a decocker safety and better grips. of course I purchased the Hogue rubber wrap around grips. Overall I am absolutely attached to this pistol and would recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent range gun.

Love this gun! Fit and finish was MUCH nicer than I thought it would be for the price. Wasn't thrilled with the looks of the Cerakote chrome at first, but it has grown on me. The finish is nice, no chips or flaws, and it looks to be a tough durable gun finish. So far I've only shot 124 grain Ugly Ammo through it, but it cycles flawlessly, and shoots better than my skill level. Trigger is nice, for stock,and breaks pretty crisp in single action. The half cocked double action trigger pull is a bit shorter than the full double action pull, and shortens the trigger reach nicely. Also like the fact that you can emulate a single action only and have it cocked and locked. As with any other new gun I cleaned and oiled it before it's first use to avoid problems. Great gun!

This pistol is a good looking gun.I took it to the range and I experienced no mechanical malfunctions, but after about 30 rounds it becomes grossly inaccurate. I thought the flyers were due to the ammo,so I disassembled ,cleaned ,lubed and switched ammo.The results after about 35 rounds were the same. I think the barrel is just no good after it becomes warm. I have contacted Tristar ,but the still haven't called me back....so much for the warranty. If you are planning to get the T-120 for a range gun.... DON'T.

Great gun! I had one miss feed on my second mag. I was shooting reloads and the OAL might have been just a bit long. I've shot a couple of brands of factory ammo with no problems. The grips are pretty slick and I replaced them with CZ rubber grips with no problem. I'd like to put a fiber optic front site on, but it looks like the site is unique to this model. My understanding is the S model uses a CZ type of site. The gun shoots great, I like it's looks.
