Nothing wrong with the gun, just too small for my hands. Functioned flawlessly, it takes single stack glock mags, just not my type of weapon...not a fan of compacts. Aside from that it would be a good conceal carry gun. As always buds was great

Best purchase ever and won't be my last with buds. Finally got time to shot some rounds at my local range since this world chaos cause ranges to shutdown for a bit, but don't let the negative reviews deter you from this pistol. It's amazing and will by my every day carry. Do recommended getting factory seven round mag do. 6 round just feels weird in hand but that's about it. Function and reliability is great.

Not my first purchase from buds and won't be my last! The mossberg mc1 is a neat little pistol and it's cheap. I opted for the safetied version to save a few bucks. The safety is pretty positive and I doubt it would engage or disengage accidentally. Either way it can be flipped around for left hand or even removed if you so choose to do so. Took it out the other day and only ran about 50 fmj rounds through it and didn't have any malfunctions. I know this is technically a self defense weapon, but I have yet to try it with hp yet. I have however manually cycled hornady critical duty and federal hst rounds though it and nothing seems to bind so that is a good sign. It takes glock 43 mags so that is a plus. The grip is grippy enough and I didn't have any trouble while shooting. It is a little snappy, but too bad. I went ahead and stippled the front and back straps as well as the front of pinky extension and front of trigger guard(there is no such thing as too grippy). Trigger was standard glockish maybe a tad better so its either good or bad in whatever camp your in. Decent accuracy at 15yds. Just get it you won't be disappointed.

I had high hopes after Reading reviews and viewing videos. BUT..in the 175 rounds I have fired I have experienced 23 malfunctions. The gun failed to chamber factory FMJ ammo o the first round-so I knew I had trouble. Yes I did have trouble: failure to extract, (Twice) failure to go into battery (TEN TIMES). These failures were at all stages of ammo firing,: middle of mag, last round in mag etc. Failure to feed FMJ ammo (twice) and TEN light primer strikes! I know my way around handguns..have been carrying and shooting over 30 years. Was on club pistol team for 7 years. This gun should not have left the factory. All the ammo was factory, Winchester NATO spec Blazer Brass, and PMS Starfie HP. All 124 grain. On the plus side, the ergonomics are good and it is very accurate. Would be a decent range toy. This is going back to Mossberg
