What is the difference between the 26972 and 6972, besides the price?

different magazines 6972 uses the flush mounted Rotary mag the 26972 uses a box mag (A1) also the 6972 is out of production and was replaced by the 26972

Jeremy, the only difference is the 26972 uses a thicker magazine base plate to eliminate magazine flex. The 26972 is in fact a slightly revised version of the 6972.

Jeremy, 26972 has the A1 magazine and 6972 has flush mounted rotary magazines otherwise identical. May choose matte black or moss green from Ruger. Looks like BUDs has Moss Green.
