• Q: What does single/double action mean?

  Single action means the trigger only performs one action, it drops the hammer. Double action means the trigger performs two actions, it pulls the hammer back and drops the hammer. So you can have a round in the chamber hammer down and just pull the trigger instead of pulling the hammer back manually then pulling the trigger. The single action trigger will have a nice light crisp trigger pull but double action will have a long heavy trigger pull because of the pressure on the trigger from it pulling the hammer back. • Q: Hello. I asked a question about purchasing this pistol and purchasing 10 round magazines for this particular pistol. I live in New Jersey and we are capped at 10 round..a couple people stated that buds will not ship if firearm is not compliant with state laws. my FFL dealer already said that he is responsible for pinning the magazines before he can transfer pistol to me. my question is can I purchase extra magazines for this pistol that are only 10 rounds instead of having magazines pinned

  Daniel, not that I can find currently. You may want to check on a few Taurus Forums to see if members may be able to answer this compatibility questions. I do know the Taurus G2C takes Sig P226 extended Magazines.
