Can it take the higher capacity mags?

Jeffrey, most manufacturers including CZ make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their pistols can also be sold in state that have magazine capacity restrictions. The pistols are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. yes the full size mags will fit and work however they will extend below the grip

Since this gun is sold with 10 round magazines I would assume it can ship to hi-cap mag restricted states, however my question is, since this gun is originally designed for 17 round mags, is it still legal to ship to Colorado?
