I have purchased 23 guns from Buds so far and they are the best!! Love the layaway program. And this pistol has become my EDC and I have a lot to choose from so that should tell you how great this pistol is.

So far I love this gun. This will be my new piece for the winter; as I put away the (lighter) summer guns. Fixed sights were good. Laser sights also good. I apologize in advanced I did not have the time I truly wish I had to break the gun in with 400 plus rounds. So far I've ran roughly a 150 rounds; 50 Fiocchi FMJ, 50 Federal RTP FMJ, 20 Streak Ammo JHP & around 20 or so Federal HST. Gun came slightly dirty I'm fine with that, lets me know someone at S&W is doing their job I had best performance shooting with the Federal HST. The Streak Ammo is a total waste and with muzzle flash you can't see the *tracer*.. On to the Fiocchi I must have had a bad/old box. Absolutely had issues with this brand having Feeding Failures.The Fiocchi bullets themselves were slightly marred. With some having blatant imperfections in the bullet tips.. Also the manufacturing on the tip was far more blunt and sharp vs the RTP's. I can definitely see why the cheaper ammo caused about 1-3 jams out of the 13 round mags. The gun shooting aspects are God sent. From the factory the trigger is a solid 9/10. In my opinion the trigger has Very crisp break with min travel. The 4" barrel does wonders with the recoil management. The recoil rivals the Glock 22 I only mention it because to me its a big thing, that the Glock has a longer barrel & bigger grips. While this more compact version feels better and is overall nicer. With the Green laser it truly does help with accurate for fast followups. The button didn't add any fatigue either. The slide stop however is very hard for my medium sized hands to get to. Once I'm there its hard for me to push up on it and lock the slide back because the slide stop is incredibly stiff. The ambi slide lock button is like 400x stiffer than the other side lol. Hopefully those slide stop buttons loosen up. I got this gun because I thought I loved my .45 FDE Xd Mod 2 3.3"...Don't get me wrong a fantastic Springfield. But in training the sheer girth of the .45 along with the beaver tail grip safety was just a tap to much. It would cause me to have misfires during rapid fire with sweaty hands causing them to slip. So I'm currently using the small grip backs because my hands just simply aren't huge. And with this grip setup it feels like a single stack 40 compared to whats on the market. Compared to my single stack 9 Shield M2.0 the 40 grips are just slightly bigger. Overall this is the cool kid on the block gun a must for Smith & Wesson fans. Writing all this has gotten me excited to find some ammo deals and do some real shooting!
