Savage Arms Axis Left Hand 6.5mm Creedmoor Bolt Action Rifle - Blue/Black, 22" Barrel, 4+1 Rounds, Synthetic, Black Synthetic Stock

Bought this for my son to use during deer season. Left hand options are few and far between. Bolt was very stiff and trigger needed some work but it’s a decent entry level gun for youth. It’s light. Almost too light but it works. Shoots well. Wish it had a threaded barrel.

This is my 3rd Savage Axis, awesome guns right out of the box.

First off my experience with buds has always been great. I have had multiple savage’s. Being a lefty savage is the company that caters to the left handed the most in my opinion but the action on this rifle is just complete junk. Next to my other savages the bolt lift and action is like comparing a Ferrari to a old beat up junker. I will hopefully be sending this one back.
