Jeff, no the barrel is not threaded.

Jeff, unfortunately not this model. It has a 22" Carbon Steel Button Rifled Sporter Profile Barrel. Sporter barrels are thin profile and usually are not threaded due to not enough thickness.

It appears the rifle comes with a 3-9X40 scope but the description says nothing about the scope. Any information on the scope? Is it in fact included?
