I got this because I loved the look of a space-age battle shotgun. As I gave it the brief once over I noticed that it is basically a SAIGA-12 action with a lot of plastic around it and the trigger moved forward. The trigger pull is very long and heavy but the added weight is very well balanced and if you choose to grip it with one hand on top like you are wringing out a towel, you can control it much better than a normal shotgun. My peeves are as follows, you cannot load it with the action closed, and the button to hold the action open is on the right side along with the charging handle. This makes for a very awkward load until you master finding the little button with your thumb while pulling back with the rest of your hand. I don't know about you but when I am grabbing something my natural reaction is to close my fingers AND thumb. Next, they put the sling on the wrong side. Especially if you don't want it to get in the way of your sidearm and you are right-handed.

This is such a fun an awesome gun. I’ve read you have to put buck shot in for first 100 rounds. I started off with Winchester 2 2/3 1550 velocity 1 1/6 oz 4 shot. Shot a hole dang box no problem. I love this thing. For defense it should take anything coming down my hallway out with no problem an hopefully not my walls lol. You no like a mouse are something. Got this for my son for kind of a gag birthday gift. He was big into HALO back in the day. Turns out to be quite a strong little shotgun and quite reliable. It is just really fun to shoot. Bout to get a drum magazine for it. Great price for the nice quality. Buds shipping is fast and packaging was perfect. Recommended

Love it love it love it !!!! So got the weapon and took it out the box. Assembled the shotgun with the forward grip and carry handle sights. Read the directions as always. Checked the weapon over and fired five slugs no issues . Big %uD83D%uDE01. Then I put it in the box after leaving a friend house and went home . I was busy no time to shot so it sat for a few days. The next time out I loaded the mags and cycled through the action and thank god because something was not right. Bolt was not retracting all the way back . Didn%u2019t feel like I should shot it . Called tristar. Spoke to Tom. Awesome Guy. He said I%u2019m sending you a shipping label . Shipped it back and within two days it was fixed and in my hands. The issues was something to do with the bolt not lining up with the rails it rides on. They replaced the bolt and needless to say it is a dream to shoot. Over fifty round of slug/buck/and heavy load bird shot . Not a single issue cycling what ever a had in my bag to shoot. It%u2019s an AK DISGNED WEAPON SO IT WILL CHEW UP AMMO LOKE IT SHOULD. Sucks I had that issue but I%u2019m glad I cycle my weapons every time I take them to the range.
