I picked this a while back for a carry gun and I love it. I've used it to shoot a few critters trying to get into our livestock and its a fantastic shooter. The recoil is very manageable given the low bore axis and how high you can get your hand on the grip. It is also very accurate out of the box. If I had to give it one con, the grip is a bit rough for conceal carry. It rubs your skin raw if you don't have a holster that covers the grip as well.

Slide lock mechanism did not engage, had to return to Smith and Wesson for repair.

Never can go wrong with buds, they have excellent products and great service. Pistol arrived in good condition with no damage whatsoever. Two 15rd mags with extra back straps included, just the basic goodness. I always rely on buds to get what I need when I need it… thanks buds!!!

This is exactly what I was looking for. This compact version with shorter barrel (3.6") fills in the gap nicely between a Shield, which has a lower capacity, and the full-size, which is hard to conceal. It feels great in the hand and shoots wonderfully with no snappiness. As always, Buds sent it to my FFL with no issues and at a great price.

This is a phenomenal firearm. I have the 4 inch barrel version as well but there's just something about the 3.6 that just feels better. It's a compact gun that doesn't make you have to sacrifice anything. It fits great in the hand, comes with 4 different palm swells, 2 magazines, and it shoots exactly like the 4 inch version. I had my sights on the gen5 G19 and bought that one as well but I just like the M&P better. The grip texture keeps the firearm secure in your hand and overall, it's just a handsome, reliable gun.

For me, best handgun. Perfect grip, excellent trigger, great sights, low recoil, beautiful design,love the rotating take down lever for stripping and disassembly the gun. Great ammo capacity, and the two 17 mag adapter makes this handgun perfect. Give ☆☆☆☆☆+++
