  Thomas, yes Sir. This shotgun has a 3 inch Chamber and will shoot 3 inch Magnum Shells no issue. Cheers and stay safe!
• Q: Looking to swap the stock, but to do that I need a pistol grip as well. I would just buy a Vepr-12 grip but the Vepr's bolt release is in the trigger guard where this one is behind it. Any recommendations on what pistol grips would fit and not impede the use of the bolt release?

  Even though the stock is attached to the pistol grip, it should still be considered a pistol grip. So unfortunately, it doesn't look like would not be compliant in NJ. But the best way to confirm that would be to check with your local FFL's and see what they say, an argument could be made that it is basically the same as a "thumbhole" stock.
