The Italian Firearms Group is excited to offer a Davide Pedersoli firearm which is some of the finest examples of Italian precision firearms available today. This particular model is the Howdah Side by side pistol which is a reproduction of the famous Auto and Burglar pistol which was originally produced by Ithaca in the 1920's. This model features a .45 Long Colt and .410 chambering featureing a 10.25" barrel. The Howdah is capable of shooting up to a 3" .410 shotshell and the 6 groove rifling features a 1:48" twist rate. Additionally this pistol is finished with a ramp front sight, folding rear leaf sight and a wooden pistol grip/forend.

Hi everyone,
The Pedersoli Howdah is an excellent firearm, very fine craftsmanship, and it performs excellently. The only issue I have with it, is that it's a bit to heavy at the muzzle end to shoot single handed, you should use both hands with one hand on the fore-end, and hold it like a rifle. Or, I suppose, you could use a bench rest.

This gun is so much fun to shoot!!! It's a very high quality product-love it.

Very unique and well built. The cocking requires significant effort but I think with used and breaking in it will improve. Shot pattern is very wide with #6 shot. Reasonably accurate when shooting 45LC.
