Hi Mike and welcome. The cut is for the Romeo1 Pro and Delta Point Pro, but there may be holes for an RMR/Holosun where you'd just need a filler plate (not an adapter) and you'd be good to go. I'd suggest a Delta Point Pro, or the new eotech eflx for a direct mount. If you want to run a plate system I'd suggest the new Holosun eps carry. Cheers and stay safe!

Mike, The optic cut on the P320-M17 guns are cut per the MHS contract, thus are not compatible with the ROMEO1 but is compatible with the ROMEO1 PRO or DeltaPoint Pro. Stay safe & have a great day!

Honey, these magazines are not polymer. They are heavy duty steel magazines.

Mason, Yes it could be both a competition pistol with the competition accessories like enlarged magwell, trigger work, better sights etc. This firearm was designed as a service pistol.

Definitely a good choice for a duty gun. Competition guns...well, it depends on how much you practice with it. If you master your weapon then it will be a great competitor.

It would be okay for IDPA and a duty gun. The trigger would be the only limiting factor. Sebastian, Depending on date of manufacture. It appears these are post 2018 models with updates. If not just call Sig with Serial Number. They will let you know if it has upgrades or should be sent in for voluntary upgrade.

The P320-M17 is a 9mm, striker-fired pistol. The pistol features a coyote-tan PVD coated stainless steel slide with the same optic cut as specified by the MHS contract, and black controls just like the pistols currently being shipped to the U.S. Army; it comes equipped with a SIGLITE front night sight and removable Night Sight rear plate.

This is my first Sig, was worried about this gun with all the bad press on the internet however it’s ran flawlessly with a 200 rounds out of the box. The gun is accurate, and well balanced. The fit and finish was spot on. I did purchase a TLR 1 and an Sig pro optic which I did have my local FFL instal. Over all totally satisfied with this handgun. I’ve mad multiple purchases from Buds and always a 100% satisfied with the customer service Another win from Buds Gunship!

I’m very happy I bought it! Great weapon. I was more inclined to purchase it since it’s now the weapon of choice for the military. I’ve put about 200 rounds through it so far. No issues whatsoever. Getting the M18 now so I can have the pair. Buds is seriously my #1 place to shop for firearms.

Great handgun, have put around 300 rounds through it. Only thing I could criticize is the height of the bore, not too bothersome though and a good carry pistol for a larger person.
