Love this AK, have put over 1000 rounds through with no malfunctions, handles both steel and brass equally well.

Buds was great. It was better than I expected. Accurate. The folding stock needs a stop or a different mechanism. Once you find the sweet spot it's manageable. Great buy. Stock was in great shape.

This is a solid AK. It is very "combloc" which is to say it is kind of rough looking and feeling but it is 100% reliable and reasonably accurate. My particular rifle required moving the front sight almost all the way to the right to zero but it did zero. The front sight was not obviously canted. The underfolding stock has tight lockup in both positions and of course it looks great. The chin weld one has to use with the underfolder isn't ideal but one doesn't buy an underfolder for shooting off the bench. It is good at what it does and a huge amount of fun. I would definitely buy it again.

Better quality than I was expecting from a Romanian AK for under $800. The wood furniture looks great and the trigger was pleasantly crisp and consistent. I did end up replacing the standard/stock wire “shepherds hook” with a retaining plate. Not because the part failed, but because it makes disassembly/assembly a bit easier. If you’re looking for a classic AK, this will fit the bill.

Functions well with the right magazines. I did have one mag that the bolt would miss the rounds and misfeed but with others it was ok. The bolt is narrower than my PSA AK. Is this one of the examples of the single stack modified to run doubles? Even on good mags you can see that the bolt barely makes contact with the rim of the rounds right or left side. It does seem to feed fine though with the right mags in it. Finish is what you would expect for a WASR. Received with a nice big dent in the gas tube wood. The folding stock locks up nice and solid. Overall I’m happy with this WASR but it’s nothing special. Mostly what I would expect for the average AK.

I haven't fired this puppy yet, but after giving it a once-over it looks alright. I know a lot of people complain about these things but I don't see any problems. The front sight seems fine, not canted. Magazine goes in easily. It's a little wobbly but similar to my Maadi. The furniture isn't the best I've ever seen but it's nothing to complain about. Fit and finish seem alright. It may not be a top end weapon but it's certainly not a bad choice. As far as I'm concerned AKs are utilitarian. They're not supposed to be like a $1500 AR. I'll update my review when I get it out for some live fire.

I’m going to be completely honest with this review. Idk if this is just me or across the board but my wasr10 had some minor issues. 1, the bolt would get stuck to the rear. 2, it was near impossible to remove the bolt from the receiver. I found the receiver was just super tight near the end polished it up works fine and bolt is easy to remove now simple fix! The mag well had some burs that would grab the mag simple file them down and now it functions perfectly. Last but not least 4, the slant brake was so lose if it didn’t have a detent pin it would fall off!! Now I’m not new to gunsmithing so I fixed the issues myself but buyer beware the quality control isn’t the best!!! That being said the rifle functions flawlessly now after some work!!!
