With the exact same swappable barrel system as the 455 and the same reliable polymer magazine system, the 457 is without a doubt the best rimfire platform CZ has ever fielded. The 457 now features a trigger adjustable for weight, creep and over-travel. The stamped bottom metal of the 455 is gone, swapped for a classy two-piece interlocking system. To make scope fitment easier, CZ ditched the 90 degree bolt rotation in favor of 60 degree, allowing for larger ocular bell diameters with lower ring heights.

I have been collecting CZ rifles since the 90’s and it’s because I value quality things. For the money spent, CZ makes the best rimfire rifles out there. The accuracy of these rifles are amazing, and the construction is top notch. You can’t go wrong with one of these rifles. And Bud’s Gun Shop is also a top notch seller. I placed my order and it was at my FFL dealer ready to pick up 4 days later. Doesn’t get any easier than that! Buy this rifle, and buy it from Bud’s if you want a great rifle at a great price, and no hassle. Thanks Buds!

perhaps one of the most accurate “out of the box” rifles I’ve ever owned. Shoot a golf ball at 100 yards?, no problem. A great plinker for young and old.

if you want one of the best .17 hmrs on the planet the cz457 is it. The quality of this firearm leaves all the others in it's dust. TOP OF THE LINE....

The CZ457 in .17HMR is a extremely well made rifle. Beautiful dark wood, exquisite checkering, with old world craftsmanship in fitting wood to metal, and a hammer forged barrel delivering Olympic gold medal accuracy. I own two other .17HMR caliber rifles manufactured by a well know German company that produce magnificent rifles for Olympic competitors. The CZ457 in .17HMR can surly "run with these big dogs." The CZ457 surpassed my highest expectations in function, form, and ACCURACY! I highly recommend this rifle in this caliber . . . you'll love it, and the prairie dogs and ground squirrels will absolutely hate it!
