The pic shows this as having a heavy fluted stainless steel barrel,but the description lists it as being ceracoated with a tan stock.Anybody have one that can help?Would like to use action/ rarely assembly as the basis of a nice target rifle.

Stephen, The barrel is Cerakote as description says. Its barrel features six longitudinal LTR style flutes and a Cerakote finish for additional protection against the elements.
