Absolute tack driver with CCI. Finish was a little rough, not what I was expecting from Browning.

Beautiful pistol. Amazing trigger. Above price class build quality. I was actually in the market for a ruger mark 4. But as ruger prices have been skyrocketing, I began looking at the buckmark models. Functionally, the perform very reliably & accurately. Above weight class trigger.

Great pistol! Brownings (1911 and HiPower) have always had a great reputation for reliability (even if there may have been a few design flaws that make them less than ideal to shoot), so naturally I've wanted a Buckmark ever since I was a kid, and now that I'm retiring I'll have plenty of time to plink. The gun was accurate and gave me flawless performance out of the box. I was able to compare it to a few other popular pistols at the range and the feel and fit as I gained a purchase on the weapon was simply ideal. It felt not just comfortable, it felt 'RIGHT'. The Medallion, slab sides, and wood grips make it as handsome as it is accurate - BONUS!! I look forward to many years of enjoyment and perhaps handing down an heirloom.

Great looking gun, several compliments at the range. Works as well as expected and accurate right out of the box. 350+ rounds the first time out without any problems. Easy to aim and shoot. I'm not too excited about the case it comes in though, there isn't any padding in it so the gun can slide/bounce around a little bit.

Beautiful to look at; feels good in my hand. I'm a small woman in my sixties with large hands but not a ton of strength. The grip and the weight are comfortable. I've fired about 50 - 60 rounds and am still fussing a bit with the sights, but when i'm off, i'm off pretty consistently so the gun appears accurate. The rear sight is easy to adjust with a screw driver and responsive. The front sight requires an allen wrench which is not included.
I have lousy eye sight and am always struggling between being able to see the sights with my glasses off or see the target with my glasses on--i can't do both. I had hoped the fiber optic sight might alleviate the problem. It's slightly easier to see , but not a lot.
One suggestion--make the case so that the gun can fit when it has a trigger lock on. It doesn't even fit with the magazine cable lock that comes with it.
Over all, I'm very happy with it.

This gun's appearance and feel and very impressive. It's almost too beautiful to shoot. Great deal from buds,and terrific shooter as are all Browning BuckMarks I've experienced.

The Buckmark Medallion is a beautiful gun. The grip feels great. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, but I'm sure it will be a great shooter. I've bought a few guns from Bud's and they can't be beat.
