  It can be sold in most states the CA compliant means it meets all the Requirements to be sold in CA. Most state do not have the extra restrictions put on by CA

• Q: Do you have to rack it per shot? How would you be able to shoot this pistol comfortably? Seems kinda weird shooting one handed.

  Steven, besides the 50oz weight, it cannot have capacity to accept an ammunition magazine that attaches to the pistol outside
  of the pistol grip;
  - a threaded barrel capable of accepting a barrel extender, flash suppressor,
  forward handgrip, or silencer;
  - a shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel and
  that permits the shooter to hold the firearm with the non-trigger hand without
  being burned;

  Unfortunately buds doesn't get ETAS for when items will be back in stock, any CA legal AR15 (OR AR style pistol/rifle is gonna be hard to find, and won't stay in Stock long) the demand for these with so many in CA and so many restrictions means there is way more people looking then there are of these models being produced

• Q: Buds's identifies this as semi-auto, but another site advises that the bolt carrier must be used to feed each round??? Is it not gas operated?

  James, yes Sir, it is a Semi-Auto Pistol. The bolt carrier is actuated by the firing of each round fired with a pull of the trigger required for each round. It actually does feed each round with every pull of the trigger. Cheers and stay safe!
