Bond Arms Snake Slayer Original 357 Magnum Derringer - 2 Rounds, 3.5" Barrel, Wood Grips, Stainless/Silver

I'm very happy with this hand cannon. I live in South Florida where we have plenty of predators- I don't know if 2 rounds would take out a gator but a well placed couple of 357 rounds would probably do the trick on a Burmese Python. Love this extremely well made pocket blaster.

Best made lil derringer on the market i think. Quality and looks. A little heavy for pocket carry and the 357 mag has some recoil. However im not recoil sensitive even at 71 years old. Just make sure you got a good grip on the firearm. Its a real show piece. 38 specials are much easier on the recoil. I usually carry with 38 specials loaded in the bbls pending where im at. Its an heirloom to pass on to your son or grandson down the road.

Bought this pistol for my son for Christmas. He had no idea he was getting it, and had no clue til Christmas morning. Total surprise. He's in med school, but gets to come home most weekends. We share a great love for target shooting and learning about different guns. We are regulars at Buds shooting range in Sevierville Tennessee. As for the Bond Arms Snake Slayer, He loves the thing. I'm just beginning to be able to hit with it, but he's getting pretty good with it. I gave him a 45LC/410 barrel and a 357mag/38spl barrel, and he ordered a 22LR barrel. He's been using the 22 barrel to practice trigger pull. The quality of build of this handgun is outstanding. I can't overstate that. One of the most solid feeling firearms I've ever held in my hand. The frame handles larger loads very well, even 410 (000 buck) defensive rounds. As usual, Buds Gun Shop online did a great job. I've bought several things from them. I would highly recommend these Bond Arms derringers to anyone looking for something fun to play with at the range.
